Hundreds of entrants will seek to have their christian short stories, essays, or Christian testimony included in the Why Jesus Book Series. These entrants will require qualified people to participate on various levels as assessors who provide their input and feedback in reviewing these entries. It is a unique opportunity to use your discernment and position to help others share their faith.

What Is Required And Received When Reviewing Christian Short Stories

TIME

We offer flexibility for assessors to choose when they can be an assessor. Though there’s no set minimum, we expect assessors to be responsive to emails and tasks. Typically, this role requires about 2-4 hours per week. If you can commit more time, it helps balance out those who can’t.

COMMITMENT

If you contribute the entire process of one of the series, you will receive space within that series as a guest author to write your Christian story, sharing your faith. You will also be granted special affiliate status to earn a percentage on books sold under your ID.

There is no monetary compensation for being an assessor. However, for those who are qualified to be editors, we do provide some compensation for this role.

Your bio and picture will be posted on our site, and we will interview you on our YouTube channel about what you do and why you decided to become an assessor with the Why Jesus Book Series project. We will also include you in some live virtual events to promote the book series and encourage attendees on how to write a testimony and share their faith

ENTRANT FEES

To cover project costs, we require selected participants to sow a seed into the project after they have been approved to submit their christian short story officially. Their support ensures participants are genuinely interested and not just taking advantage of a ‘free’ offer. Authors selected for the book project won’t pay to be published and will receive a share of royalties from that specific title.
